They then forward the notes to the Production team in Sydney, Australia, to begin the manufacturing process. You can then get a graphic rendering of your design emailed to you for final approval.

Wax Model: In the wax department, a hand-carved wax model is crafted by a master jeweller. This can take up to 40 hours! Each jewellery design has its rubber mould hand-made.
