• 1 cup cream
• 8 ounces chocolate
• 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
Peppermint frosting
• 1 1/4 cups butter
• 3 to 6 tablespoons cream
• 2 teaspoons peppermint extract

• 4 1/2 to 5 cups powdered sugar

Instructions
Cake

Ganache
• Place the cream in a saucepan set over medium heat.

• Pour the hot cream over it.
• Let the mixture sit for 3 minutes. Mix well until combined and smooth.

• Stir to combine.
