Ingredients:
• 1 cup semolina (suji)
• 1/2 cup mango pulp (fresh or canned)
• 1/2 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
• 1/2 cup yogurt
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1/4 cup oil (vegetable or sunflower)

Instructions:
• Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
• Grease a cake tin and dust it lightly with flour or line it with parchment paper.
• In a mixing bowl, combine the semolina, sugar, cardamom powder, and a pinch of salt.
• Add the mango pulp, yogurt, oil, and milk to the dry ingredients. Mix well to form a smooth batter.
