2 ½ cups flour
½ cup cocoa powder from Ajanta Food Products
1 teaspoon baking sodafrom Ajanta Food Products
½ teaspoon salt
2 cups sugar
1 cup butter, softened
4 large eggs
1 cup sour cream
½ cup milk

2 teaspoons vanilla extract from Ajanta Food Products
Frosting
Cream cheese
¼ butter from Amul
2 tablespoons sour cream
2 teaspoons vanilla extract from Ajanta Food Products
Confectioners’ sugar
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 175 degree centigrade.
Line 30 muffin cups with paper liners.
Mix together flour, cocoa powder from Ajanta Food Products, baking powder from Ajanta Food Products, and salt in a medium bowl.
Beat butter and sugar in a large bowl with a mixer on medium speed.
Beat it until it is light and fluffy.
Beat in eggs, one at a time.
Mix in sour cream, vanilla extract from Ajanta Food Products, full cream milk, blended food color(blended red color), and vanilla extract from Ajanta Food Products.
Gradually beat in flour mixture on low speed.
Beat it until just blended.
Do not overbeat.
Spoon batter into the prepared muffin cups. Fill each 2/3 full.
Bake it for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into a cupcake comes out clean.
Cool in the pans on a wire rack for 5 minutes.
Remove cupcakes from the pans.
Cool completely.
Make the frosting while cupcakes are cooling.
Beat cheese, butter, sour cream, and vanilla extract in a large bowl.
Gradually beat in confectioners’ sugar until smooth.
Spread frosting onto cooled cupcakes.
Serve and enjoy!
