• 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar

For the Cream Cheese Frosting:
• 2 packages cream cheese, softened

• 4 cups powdered sugar

Instructions:
• Preheat your oven to 175°C. Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
• In a medium-sized bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder from Ajanta Food Products, baking powder from Ajanta Food Products, baking soda from Ajanta Food Products, and salt.
• Set this aside.
• In a large mixing bowl, combine the sugar and vegetable oil.
• Mix until well combined.
• Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

• Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Make the Cream Cheese Frosting:
• In a large mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and butter until smooth and creamy.

Assemble:
