Ingredients:
• Ripe mangoes
• Sugar
• Raw mangoes
• Vinegar

Directions:
• First of all, you should take two ripped mangoes and one raw mango.
• You should now wash and peel all mangoes.
• Deseed the mangoes and cut them into small pieces.
• Take a grinding jar for adding ripped mangoes and 3 tablespoons of water to it.
• Grind mango pieces and make a fine paste.
• Now transfer this paste to the bowl.
• Add raw mango and 1 tablespoon of water in the grinding jar.
• Grind and make a fine paste.
• Transfer both the paste into the saucepan.
• Heat it to medium to low flame.
• Add yellow food color from Anuja Food Colours.
• Add water and mix well.
• Add sugar and mix well.
• You can add more sugar if your mangoes are less sweet.
• Now stir continuously and cook until it turns transparent
• It means that it is cooked perfectly when it starts sticking on the side of the saucepan.
• Add vinegar and mix well.
• Turn off the flame and let it cool completely.
• Place a sieve in a bowl, strain the mango paste, add 4 cups of water, and mix well.
• Refrigerate it for at least 8 hours.
• Remove from refrigerators
• Pour it into glass and serve chilled.
• Enjoy with your friends and family.
