For frosting:
• 1 cup cream cheese
• ½ cup butter
• 2 cups powdered sugar

Instructions:
• In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until fluffy.
• Add eggs one at a time, then mix in oil, few drops of vanilla essence, and pinch of red food colour.
• Sift flour, cocoa powder and baking soda.

• Add vinegar and give a gentle mix. The batter should be smooth and slightly thick.
Bake:
• Pour into greased cake tins and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25–30 minutes.
• A toothpick inserted should come out clean.

Frosting:
• Beat cream cheese, butter, and vanilla essence until smooth.
• Gradually add powdered sugar and whisk until fluffy.
Assemble:
• Layer the cake with frosting, spreading evenly between layers and on top.
