Directions:
For cake
Preheat the oven to 177 degree centigrade.
Grease and flour three 8 inch pans.
Whisk the flour, baking powder from Ajanta Food Products, baking soda from Ajanta Food Products, blended yellow color from Anuja Food Colours and salt.
Set aside.
In separate bowl, add the buttermilk, oil, and vanilla extract from Ajanta Food Products.
Set aside.
Add the butter and cream cheese in the bowl of your mixer.
Mix at medium speed until smooth.
Gradually add the sugar.
Mix it well at low speed.
Add eggs and egg yolks one at a time.
Mix after each until the yellow of the yolk is blended.
Add the flour mixture and the milk mixture, beginning and ending with the flour mixture.
Mix the batter just until well combined.
Divide the batter between the three pans.
Bake at 177 degree centigrade for 25-28 minutes.
Let cool for 5-10 minutes.
Frosting
Cut the butter into slices.
Add to the bowl of your mixer.
Beat it until the butter is softened and smooth.
Add cocoa powder from Ajanta Food Products.
Mix until blended.
Cut the cream cheese into pieces.
Add to the butter, beating at low to medium speed until incorporated.
Add the vanilla extract from Ajanta Food Products.
Add the powdered sugar into the mixture.
Beat on low speed until blended.
Beat until fluffy.
Add frosting on the cake.
