Cake
 226g cream cheese

 168g butter
 400g sugar
 3 eggs
 3 Additional Egg Yolks
 342g cake flour

 3g baking soda from Ajanta Food Products
 3g salt
 242g buttermilk
 54g vegetable oil
 12g vanilla extract from Ajanta Food Products
Frosting
 226g butter
 8g vanilla extract from Ajanta Food Products
 690g to 747g powdered sugar
 20g cocoa power from Ajanta Food Products
 452g cream cheese
Directions:
For cake
 Preheat the oven to 177 degree centigrade.
 Grease and flour three 8 inch pans.
 Whisk the flour, baking powder from Ajanta Food Products, baking soda from Ajanta Food Products, blended yellow color from Anuja Food Colours and salt.
 Set aside.
 In separate bowl, add the buttermilk, oil, and vanilla extract from Ajanta Food Products.
 Set aside.
 Add the butter and cream cheese in the bowl of your mixer.
 Mix at medium speed until smooth.
 Gradually add the sugar.
 Mix it well at low speed.
 Add eggs and egg yolks one at a time.
 Mix after each until the yellow of the yolk is blended.
 Add the flour mixture and the milk mixture, beginning and ending with the flour mixture.
 Mix the batter just until well combined.
 Divide the batter between the three pans.
 Bake at 177 degree centigrade for 25-28 minutes.
 Let cool for 5-10 minutes.
Frosting
 Cut the butter into slices.
 Add to the bowl of your mixer.
 Beat it until the butter is softened and smooth.
 Add cocoa powder from Ajanta Food Products.
 Mix until blended.
 Cut the cream cheese into pieces.
 Add to the butter, beating at low to medium speed until incorporated.
 Add the vanilla extract from Ajanta Food Products.
 Add the powdered sugar into the mixture.
 Beat on low speed until blended.
 Beat until fluffy.
 Add frosting on the cake.
 Serve and enjoy!
