• 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Cake Batter:
• Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour three 9-inch round cake pans.
• In a large mixing bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
• In another large bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
• Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
• Add the vanilla essence and mix until combined.
• Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, alternating with the milk, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.

2. Divide and Color the Batter:
• Divide the batter evenly into three separate bowls.
• In one bowl, add pinch of orange food color and mix until the color is evenly distributed.
• In the second bowl, leave the batter plain (for the white layer).
• In the third bowl, add pinch of green food color and mix until the color is evenly distributed.

3. Bake the Cake Layers:
• Pour the orange, white, and green batters into the prepared cake pans.
• Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cakes comes out clean.
• Let the cakes cool in the pans for 10 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.

4. Make the Whipped Cream Frosting:
• In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract together until stiff peaks form.
