The two Sydney women, a 30-year-old Australian citizen and other a 32-year-old Chinese national with holding permanent residency have been sentenced to conditional good behavior bonds after pleading guilty to several offenses against the Australian Migration Act.

The officers of the Australian Border Force (ABF) started an investigation in October 2018 as it was reported that they were offering unauthentic advice and assistance related to immigration services in a large number of Chinese nationals mainly.

After Investigations, it has been revealed that both of these women were not registered with any valid migration agents.
