Flanges
Nozzle flanges are the most extensively used and important part of forming piping systems in a variety of industries. A flange is a round disc that has a hole to connect pipes, pumps, valves and other pieces of the equipment. To connect flanges, they are usually thread screwed or welded. Flanges enable a person to easily maintain and fix a piping system.
How do Nozzles work?
A nozzle is used to regulate the direction or properties of a fluid when it enters or exits a conduit or an enclosed chamber, to improve the velocity.

Another type of flanges that are manufactured isBS10 Table E flanges which are made of stainless steel. This type of flange does not require any welding process.
BS 4504 PN 10 flange is made of malleablecast iron and its size varies from DN 10 to DN 2000. These flanges can be either threaded, plate, slip-on, weld neck, etc.
BS 4504 PN 16 can be either forged, cast, welding neck, plain or boss.
ASME B16.5 fittings are used to connect 2 pipes or to connect a pipe in the system with other components. The pipesor the components could be joined together with the help of a nut or a bolt or by taking help owelding.
The standard B16.5 type includes ANSI B16.5 type of flanges.
The customers usually prefer and favour ASME B16.5 type of pipe flanges because they are resistant to corrosion are able and offer high performance. They are used in different situations, industries, and scenarios.Usually, the range of ASME B16.5 pipe flanges and BS-10D pipe flange varies from .5” to 24”.
Another popular type is Class 600 flanges which are for heavy-duty applications and environment.
PN10 DIN86029 Flanges can resist up to bar or f pressure, where bars reflect how much pressure they can endure.
