WAKE FOREST, NC (November 17, 2022): Legacy Heritage Apartments, the latest addition to GCI Residential’s upscale Legacy brand portfolio, welcomed its first move-ins in October. The property, located at 700 Heritage Lane, Wake Forest, NC 27587, will encompass 306 customized one-, two- and three-bedroom suites and multiple community amenities. Rents begin at $1710.

Legacy Heritage Apartments includes 17 buildings comprised of 10 townhome buildings, 6 garden buildings and one midrise building with clubhouse. The suites range between 748 and 1770 square feet in twelve layout choices, including townhomes with split level living spaces and attached garages.

The location of Legacy Heritage puts residents near shopping, dining, entertainment and recreation, and offers easy access to Raleigh and the Research Triangle.

The apartments were designed with upscale finishes to mirror those found in modern high-end homes, with 9-foot ceilings, in-suite washers and dryers, patios/balconies with storage, designer light fixtures, hardwood-inspired flooring and California-style walk-in closets.

The kitchens feature white quartz countertops, 42” white cabinetry with contrasting matte black fixtures and hardware, trendy tile backsplashes, large undermount sinks, and stainless-steel appliance packages with electric top ranges, double-sided refrigerators, built-in microwaves and dishwashers. The bathrooms also showcase quartz counters with matte black accents, and include dual vanities with framed mirrors, frameless walk-in showers with designer tile, and garden soaking tubs with curved shower rods.

According to Heather Cameron, Regional Manager of Lease-up and Development at GCI Residential, “The apartment finishes are absolutely striking, bold yet clean and timeless.” With reference to the community itself, Cameron continues, “When we build apartments to this caliber, we challenge ourselves to set a new benchmark.
