Disclosing the new steps, the CEO said the adoption of new technologies in the grinding of concrete will reduce the execution time of projects while enhancing the quality. This would reduce the stress fabrication machine.
Exposed aggregate is a trending style in the decorative concrete segment. The procedure involves removing the top layer of cement paste that exposes the underlying aggregate. Decorative aggregate is durable, and skid-resistant, and the surface is great for sidewalks, driveways, pool decks, and patios.
Machines in polishing concrete floors used to encounter huge stress because of concrete’s higher sliding friction than granite and marble mainly under wet conditions. This also hikes the power demand and causes higher energy bills.
Under the new plans, more hi-tech grinders including Planetary grinders will be deployed to handle tasks like polishing, coating removal, etc. When the operator moves the machine each plate will work on the whole circumference of the machine and will abrade the floor.
By inducting niche Multi-disc grinders removing heavy coatings, smoothening rough surfaces and floor flattening will be made easy. According to the CEO, investing in new technology and equipment will be part of the company’s efforts to offer environmentally safe products and services for grinding, scarifying, polishing, scraping, and milling.
In the segment of exposed aggregate too, the Concrete Sealing Company has many innovations in the pipeline.
The CEO noted that rising awareness about exposed aggregate is increasing its adoption. In the new plan, the best decorative effects will be delivered at a reasonable cost without requiring additional materials.
There are many types of exposed aggregates to choose such as large, small, colored, round, etc. The properties include excellent blending with decorative concrete, best maintenance and occasional re-sealing in alternate years.
The initiative will involve applying new chemical retarders, to .reduce the complexity of exposed aggregate finishes and address the problem of inconsistent finishes. Old methods such as sandblasting and sugar-based retarders have been retired.
The ready-mix composition will also be made more sophisticated. The large format exposed aggregate finish with less sand use is a highlight. The design finalized in consultation with ready-mix producers will enhance the exposed aggregate installation along with hi tech integral Powdered colors to the concrete mix.
Depending on the need for subtle or prominent exposed aggregate, there will be different ways to add the aggregate. The customer can choose from two options—either mix it with the concrete before pouring or seed it onto the surface after pouring. Overall, the reforms and new products will lead to a new customer experience, the CEO assured.
