More than 50 years ago, 20 ft containers were shipped. The first containers were used to transfer goods into crane-loading boxes. Malcolm Mclean, a native of North Carolina, was the first businessman to launch a boat that had several hundred shipping containers.

His journey to Houston, Texas was Newark, New Jersey. A transport container is made of a body with upper and lower horizontal hollow strings on the bottom, top and lateral sides. Each chord has a bottom and top opening. It has internal turbulence downhill to allow the runoff of dirt and water.

The freight container is typically made with closed-top dry metal, plastic, plywood and/or steel vessels or a combination of such materials. The hinged rear door enables cargo to be stored and unstocked.

Today, containers are manufactured in numerous ways. Others consist of 14-gauge steel with a 20x8.5x8 exterior length that makes it a perfect storage unit on site. Containers of 20, 30, or 40 meters of height, 8, 8,5 and 9 feet are made. containers of various sizes.

A 20 ft container has been designed to store and move everything. It is suitable for selecting short or long-term storage units for building supplies, company use and home use. There are no pockets in a 40-ft shipping container. All bottom walls of containers have horizontal beams shaped in the form of an U which are found halfway along the wall length and going down.

The walls have a top with an aperture and are seen through the beam with many rubbish. Such bumps move toward the opposite side of the wall from the outside and stop at distances from the wall.

The steel containers have been on the top, end and bottom rail on corrugated walls. Stainless steel castings used as the end frames are mounted on the 8 sides of the container and distributed to four corners. The roofs can be made of on-top steel or flat steel plate.

The internal bows support the roof structure. The doors are built out of bowling metal and equipped with weatherproof screens and antifreezers. The floor has wooden laminate, platewood or flatbed twisted to the cross parts.

Aluminum containers are filled with stainless steel. The stainless steel elements of the containers include the end frames and side rails. The inner and outer posts are made up of walls riveting on the posts with aluminum sheet. The interior walls and roof bows, bolted or riveted, are lined by Plywood which are welded to top tracks in aluminum.

Another material used in the construction of shipping containers is the fiber-reinforced polymer FRP. The container in this material is framed in steel with FRP panels mounted on the wall sides, the ceiling and the wall at the front. The roof framework is covered by no roof bows. Nevertheless, it is coated in mastic to make them waterproof. For more information please visit http://www.containersolutions.com
