Different Ultrasound Scans are Offered
At Dr. Anmol’s Ultrasound Clinic, we provide different ultrasound scans such as pregnancy ultrasound, gynaecological ultrasound, colour doppler ultrasound, 3D/4D ultrasound and so on.
We also offer Level 2 Ultrasound for a pregnant woman. This ultrasound is conducted when a doctor prescribed. The patient will be taken to the ultrasound room. Then, you will be asked to lie down on the ultrasound table with your belly exposed.
A radiologist put some gel on your abdomen and then moves the transducer over your abdomen. As sound waves released from the transducer bounce off “structures” within, images are made on the video screen. The radiologist will move the transducer several times to have various views from different angles for the scan. When he acquires a clear shot, he will freeze-frame the image (that’s the real sonogram) and then evaluate the anatomy. You can think of going home with one or two good sonogram pictures. Hopefully, you will get the report within 12 hours.
