What is DBT?

● Group DBT Skills Classes (90 minutes, once per week) – These sessions have been called the ‘backbone’ of the DBT model. Here, both patients and caregivers learn skills alongside each other.
● Phone coaching – Individual DBT therapists are made accessible to patients and caregivers for necessary skills coaching in between their normal scheduled sessions.
● DBT Consultation Team – The team meets and discusses the ongoing program and whether it is still adherent to the DBT model.
