The Hope India Conclave 2020 held in the Hotel Bhabna Colours by the Corporate Council of Leadership and Awareness invited several well-known personalities from trade and business as also from media. Eminent industrialist and art lover Guru Swarup Srivastava was also present in the conclave. The guests discussed the present economic scenario of the country and what path would be suitable for the future of the economy. Experts present in the conclave were optimistic about the economy and they opined that in near future India would take a leading role in the world economy.

During the prolonged period of lockdown, several sectors like hotel and tourism, automobile, and real estate have been worst affected. This was the period when revenues of most of the industries dipped significantly. Experts present in the Hope India Conclave found nothing to worry about this present situation of economy as the present government has taken all necessary steps in order to protect the economy from the downturn. At the same time, the appropriate agencies are keeping the focus on the market and taking the necessary steps to protect the respective sectors from any long-term damage.

On the conclave, Guru Swarup Srivastava talked about the economic progress of the country and how the country has become an economic hotspot of the world. Guru Swarup asked people to learn from the ants and how the ants never lose hope until they achieve the target. Dr. Anurag Batra, the Chairman of the Business World said that the world is based on hope and if we gave up hope that nothing left for human beings. Mr. Kishore Khanna of Ramsons Group said that the present condition of the pandemic had taught us some important lessons as well. He further said that corona had also forced us to find new ways of doing business and develop opportunities. All other eminent guests expressed their opinions and how the economy could overcome the current hurdle. Mr. Rajesh Badal, the former director of Rajya Shava Television said that once upon a time India was called the “Golden Bird” and the days are not far away when India would get back its lost glory.
