iContact - The Contact center management solution latest version updates are now released. All existing customers will be able to upgrade the application to latest version.
 
Infosat Solutions LLC releases the latest version of iContact contact center management solution. The release includes a dedicated supervisor module with options to take reports and dashboards. The enhanced AI module assist supervisor to monitor the KPIs and to query the statistics easily.

WhatsApp chatbot module is also upgraded to handle the API integrations and setting the workflow easily.

The new agent interface design helps agents to toggle between auto answer or manual answer, Integration with active directory, customer 360 view for new calls.
