Candidates who earn the AZ-204 certification will be able to work as Azure developers, collaborate with Cloud Architects, Cloud Managers, and Cloud DBAs, and introduce solutions for clients.

This qualification requires 1-2 years of professional development training as well as Microsoft Azure experience. Additionally, the ideal candidate for this role should be able to programme in an Azure-supported language and have knowledge of Azure SDKs, Azure PowerShell, Azure CLI, data storage options, data connections, APIs, app authentication and authorization, compute, and cloud computing.
