Glentek - Amplifier Repair Services
We offer amplifier repair services. This includes most all of the brush and brushless amplifiers used on Fadal Machines. This includes most of the brush and brushless amplifiers used on Fadal Machines. Many customers choose to send their amp in for repair and use it as a spare rather than send it in for core credit.

Most of the time it can be repaired as long as the traces on the board are not blown. Models included in our repair services are AMP-0006, AMP-0021 (newer style only) and AMP-0039, 40, 41, or 54.

Fadal Amplifier Repair
AMC Amplifiers are not repairable because for one reason the manufacturer scraped the part numbers off of the components to prevent them from being repaired or serviced. Also these Amplifiers have no "Internal Circuit Protection'' built and are underpowered making them not even worth repairing. They are the most unreliable and undesirable amplifier that you can have in your Fadal Machine. ITS Amplifiers are not offered for repair because they don't fail. They have internal motor short protection built in.


Fadal CNC Board Repair
ITS is the original PCB board test and repair facility for Fadal Engineering. We provide testing and repairs circuit boards since 1991. Look on your board and chances are you'll see the ITS stamp already on it! Having been involved in the original design and production of the CNC88 hardware and software, we truly understand these boards, down to the component level and the requirements for properly repairing and testing all the boards we offer. With over 18 years of production testing and repairing the CNC boards, there is none better experienced or equipped!



Fadal CNC Board Repair
We test the electronic circuits to determine and locate any of the following fault conditions:
1. An open circuit.
2. A short circuit.
3. Missing Component.
4. Component in backwards

Rotary Rebuild Services

Don't Replace Your Fadal Rotary Table - Simply Rebuild or Service it! ITS offers Fadal CNC Rotary Rebuild Services. We service all Rotary Tables and Heads attached to Fadal Machines.

Two Basic Options:
1. Tune-Up - We service all Fadal rotary tables with a low cost "tune-up".
2. Rebuild It - With a complete rebuild for about 1/2 the replacement cost!

After we receive your Rotary we will tear down and perform an Initial Inspection of..

Rotary Rebuild Services
You will receive an estimate of repair 5-10 days (depending on workload) after receiving the rotary unit. Repairs take an average of 10 to 30 working days after receiving approval. Evaluation charge of $500.00 will apply if you do not get it done.
Your rotary unit is repaired, reassembled and run for 10 hours. It is then re-inspected, all final adjustments and calibrations are performed to the original manufacturer's specification. We warranty our complete Rebuilds for 1 year.
As you can see we are the most qualified to tune-up or rebuild your rotary table. Having been there from the beginning, we know exactly what your table needs to bring it up to original specifications.


Spindle Repair Service
We service all Fadal Spindles - ALL RPMS and ALL Lubrication Systems: Our spindle rebuild service will completely restore your Spindle to like new condition. In addition to New Bearings we also perform the following steps:
1. Re-Grind the Taper.
2. Turn the Housing.
3. Black Oxide the Housing (prevents rust).
4. Replace Drawbar Floater & Springs.
5. Update Spindle to latest possible revision.



Spindle Repair Service
We've even seen some spindle repairs just polish the taper with sandpaper. While it might seem cheaper and it might look good, is it? A quality spindle rebuild is more than replacing the bearings, proper tool support is the key to all machining. The three conditions most important in controlling taper are: taper size, angle and straightness. If the tool holders rate of taper is too great there will be excessive clearance between the tool holder and the spindle at the small end of the taper.
