The Ivy Family Office Network (IVYFON) is having a hybrid family office and institutional investor forum which will be in person and online on July 28th from 8 a.m. central time to 4:30 p.m central time. Registrants can participate in person for the local event which will have restricted attendance or via Zoom webinar. We expect 300 people online and have more than 60 people registered online after a few days of registration availability. We will broadcast for the full day to Texans and those outside Texas with business interests in Texas. We will broadcast the event locally all day and for half the day from 12 noon to 4:30 p.m. globally.

Featured speakers are Henry (Hank) Legere III, MD, CEO of Reliant Immune Diagnostics and Oscar Torres of Tower Rock Oil & Gas.

Hank Legere is a Columbia educated and Harvard trained physician who heads Reliant Immune Diagnostics which is an integrated at home diagnostic platform with symptom-specific telemedicine consultations on a proprietary machine vision platform. The platform is presently being tested at multiple pharmacy locations nation wide. It is live in 1,200 locations and is expected to be live in 23,000 locations by end of year 2021. Unlike many telemedicine platforms, Reliant delivers the equivalent of a real clinical visit at a supermarket or pharmacy.

Oscar Torres is a University of Texas-educated Petroleum Engineer who is a long-time expert in oil and gas mineral and royalty acquisition. Over his 20-year career, Oscar has been involved in over 4,000 transactions totaling over $150MM and successfully and profitably lead two companies through various commodity pricing cycles. Tower Rock portfolios generate cash flow and provide upside from development. The portfolios are comprised of real, perpetual assets with non-correlated, asymmetric returns protecting downside. He currently leads a team with 50+ years of combined experience in the sector and is primed for another successful run at acquiring minerals in this depressed environment which has not existed since 2008.
