Healthy Lifestyles Programs By BGCTX
· All Stars (Age 6-18): An organized league sport and fitness program for flag football, basketball and dance teams for youth.
· SMART Girls (Age 8-18): A small-group health, fitness, prevention/education and self-esteem enhancement program that helps girls to develop healthy attitudes & skills for eating right, staying physically fit, getting good health care & build positive relationships with peers and adults.
· The SMART Moves (Skills Mastery and Resilience Training): Prevention and education program that addresses problems such as drug and alcohol use and premature sexual activity.
· Passport to Manhood: Encourages boys (Age 8-14) to develop and mature into young men with positive approach.
· Triple Play (Age 6-18): A comprehensive health and wellness program which stresses upon the significance of physical activity and proper nutrition.
