L’ATTITUDE team provides an overview of expected trends for small businesses

The final days of the year are rapidly running out as 2021 will soon be nothing but a memory. Thus, as the team at L’ATTITUDE always make sure that they are at the edge of their field to be able to provide Latino business owners, corporates, and entrepreneurs only the best advice, guidance, and support, they’ve shared some trends that small businesses should consider in the year to come.

“Every year we are bringing in the best speakers and relevant role-players to provide our attendees with brilliant insights and advice. However, as our next small business conference is only taking place in the Fall of 2022, it is important that we share some of the trends that are going to have an impact on these businesses before then,” says Andrea Trujillo, the director of digital brand marketing for L’ATTITUDE.

She then expands on how AR will be filling a much more important role even in small businesses. The time that AR was merely a spectacular feature in movies is long gone and while larger corporations have been including this advanced feature for quite some time, 2022 is the year when smaller businesses would also incorporate AR features in their practices.

“The way businesses handle sales is also experiencing a complete transformation. The days of cold calling or even meeting people in person is stepping out of the door. For at least a large part of the business sector. Today the focus is on how to expand on product-led growth. There is a more organic approach to achieving the desired sales numbers in both products and services,” Trujillo says.

Then she also states that for a very long time and probably too long, it was the trend to overwork yourself. Working exceptionally long hours gave you bragging rights in many circles. This is also not the case any longer. A change that is mostly driven by the increasing number of millennials in leading positions is to work smarter and not harder. Thus, to be able to cut down on the number of hours spent at the office or what you expect your team to remain at the office is surely going to decrease. To make up for this reduction in the number of working hours, businesses would have to come up with brilliant ideas and fresh thinking on how to generate the same growth curve in income, while working less. This might be the biggest challenge small business owners might be facing in the year to come.
