Andy Dolich is bringing over five decades of leadership in the North American sports industry to the Leaders of Evolution team with a vision to build their market presence in the United States. Dolich has held executive positions with organizations in the Big Four (MLB, NBA, NFL, NHL) and collegiate athletics in a career that has touched every corner of sport in the United States, including a Major League Championship ring with the Oakland A’s.

Dolich is all set to take up the role of Business Development Consultant at Leaders of Evolution and is motivated by his unyielding desire to help craft future leaders. He has a passion that he had carried through over 50 years of professional experience with a goal to engage and uplift the performance of over 100,000 learners across the globe by 2025.

“In my experience in the world of sport, people who are involved in competition understand the 360-degree view of life and usually are successful in whatever they do. They know what it feels like to win, but more importantly, they know what it feels like to lose and then get up and back into the fray.” Says Dolich.
