Sebastien Clamorgan was born in 1971 in Paris. He studied at Beau-Soleil College (Switzerland) and obtained a French Baccalaureate with an emphasis in Economics. After one year at the French University of Assas, he further enriched his academic record by attending the European Business School in Paris, where he gained a Master Degree in International Business (1997). Subsequently, he earned a Series 7 - NASD (National Association of Securities Dealers) brokerage license. This solid academic background allowed him to achieve remarkable results throughout his career. Sebastien Clamorgan began his professional path in 1994 in Paris, where he started working in an advertising company. The following year he joined a cosmetics firm in Milan to oversee the management of successful marketing and sales strategies. He later entered the field of import/export and, in 1995, he started working as a Commercial attaché & Negotiator: in this new role he was responsible for finding distributors in France and abroad, as well as new products to import. Between 1997 and 1999, he served as Partner of a commodity trading company based in Asia, and proved to be instrumental in the development of business contacts and supply sources in Asia and the MENA area, as well as in the company's increase in turnover. A further career step came in 1999, when he was appointed Vice-President & Asset Manager at the Private Banking Department of Merrill Lynch International Inc. in Geneva. In this role, he was in charge of prospecting and managing assets with additional extent in Asia and the MENA region.
