Tim Entwisle, Director of Communications at Madrigal Communications, conducted a webinar last week that provided information about Madrigal's services and position in the tendering industry.
About e-tendering
E-tendering is submitting a tender (or bid) for a project electronically instead of using paper documents. Electronic submission of tenders have become increasingly popular in recent years, as it offers several advantages over traditional methods. Perhaps most importantly, e-tendering is more efficient, allowing construction companies to submit their bids quickly and easily.
In addition, e-tendering is more secure, as all documents are stored electronically and can be password protected. E-tendering is more environmentally friendly, eliminating the need for paper documents. As construction companies increasingly move towards doing business electronically, e-tendering is to become the norm.
The business community has benefited greatly from the New South Wales government tenders. Government tenders have made it possible for businesses of all sizes to learn about contracts that fall under their competence level. Reaching larger audiences allow governments to save on expenses and boost production.
Tenders, also known as requests for bids (RFPs), are one way they accomplish reaching a larger audience. Governments use these requests to find the best service provider for their requirements and to ensure supplier competition, which lowers rates.
"Madrigal Communications offers a range of NSW etendering and government tender writing services that can help your company save money, time and effort", Entwisle said in the webinar.
Madrigal Communications had a great chance to showcase their e-tendering industry knowledge and promote their business to potential customers during this webinar.
