The Nextt Group has completed a merger with Dolleina, a major disability service provider in New South Wales.
Over the past 20 years, Nextt has built its reputation as a specialist provider for people with cognitive, psycho-social disabilities, including autism and other intellectual disabilities.
Dolleina has been providing attendant care to clients with complex physical needs, including, 24-hour care for ventilated quadriplegics, and in-homecare for younger people with a disability. Its presence in the Hunter and mid-North coast has made it a leader in disability care across rural NSW.
Nextt and Dolleina have spent the past six months closely integrating their teams and systems into a united business.
Nextt CEO Mark Mulder comments that this strategic acquisition will allow the combined Nextt Dolleina business to expand its services, as well as its geographic coverage.
“At Nextt, our vision is to help our clients get more out of life. From frontline Disability Support Workers to CEO, every member on our team is passionate about delivering on that promise.
The addition of the amazing team at Dolleina allows us to build on what we’re good at, which is providing high-quality services to meet our client’s individual needs. We have already begun sharing expertise and increasing our staff training and skills.”
The Nextt Group provides disability services across NSW, VIC, QLD and SA and owns the Lizard Centres which provide early intervention services to young children.
