6. Regularly check the heat conduction oil pipeline in the oven regularly, if there is any oil leakage, it should be dealt with in time; the flying flowers in the machine should be cleaned before and after the shift, and the flying flowers and oil stains in the exhaust pipe should be regularly removed to eliminate hidden fire hazards.
7. A steam pipe is added to the exhaust pipe at the top of the oven, which can be used to cool down and extinguish the fire. When the temperature in the machine is 165 ℃, the steam valve is normally open; a wire mesh shield is added to the heat sink to prevent flying flowers or fabrics from falling on the heat sink Causes burning.
8. The vehicle must be closed when doing cleaning work or refueling. It is strictly forbidden to wipe the chain, brush plate, and roller (especially the upper and lower rollers) when driving to prevent puncturing your fingers. 1. When cleaning or repairing the car on or in the machine, the parking sign must be hung on the operation table to prevent others from driving and causing accidents.
