RACE IN ATHLETICS

This training will provide an overview about race within the game environment and with Athletes,coaches,officials and administration ,participants will gain opportunities and next step for Applying concepts and stratagies to advance racial equity on and off the athletic fields.

Participants Will:
-Discuss the impact of the game and how it relates race, racism, diversity
-Discuss how biases and discriminatory practices effets the moral of the game
-Explor stratagies to help improve game management between players ,coachs and officials
