The upgraded mobile banking software improves the user interface and other new features to better the digital client experience. RCBC won five awards at the Global Business Review Magazine Awards 2021. These are:

How RCBC Won Global Banking Awards amid a Pandemic
Despite the pandemic, RCBC was able to accomplish several goals, including servicing 90 percent of the country's provinces via ATM Go, with 85 percent classified as the poorest local government units.
RCBC supports the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas' goal of shifting half of all retail transactions online and enrolling 70% of the adult Filipino population in the formal financial system.
RCBC was also the first local bank with the widest reach. Customers from 81 provinces in the Philippines have registered for the RCBC Mobile and DiskarTech apps.
