We have a round the clock cancellation policy. If you are not able to keep your appointment, please call 24 hours beforehand to avoid being charged a cancellation or “no-show” fee. We are a salon that depends on appointments, and our stylists depend on the cancellation on time. Please turn up on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we might need to postpone you. If you have curly, very long, and/or thick hair, please put in “additional styling” to your slot to permit for the additional time it will take your stylist to finish and blow dry your hair. Any changes or cancellation in an appointment should be made 48 hours before the scheduled appointment or else deposit will be surrendered. You should then make a new appointment and another deposit will be necessary.
