BTA Brazed Drill:

It is a type of Deep Hole Drilling that is constructed to perform the wide drilling into the metals. Deep hole drilling is done with 1mm to 50mm diameter, while BTA drilling can be done with 20mm to 250mm diameter. This is a major difference between the deep hole and the BTA drilling machine. The BTA Brazed Drill machine is also used for boreholes as it can drill deep with a wider diameter.

There are two types of BTA Brazed Drill machine, categorized on the base of tubes:

Single Tube System

It consists of only one tube and requires a large amount of coolant which is forced under pressure in the cutting area. It provides high accuracy and gives an amazing surface finish.

Double Tube System

It is designed with two tubes, therefore known as a double tube system. This is a general-purpose machine and does not provide the depth as a single-tube system. This is used for drilling wide diameter but which are less in-depth.

Waterproof Digital Caliper

Vernier Caliper includes the main scale and a vernier scale. We can slide the vernier scale to adjust accordingly. It is used to take readings of very small values for about 0.02mm. It consists of jaws that can be adjusted to take the outer dimensions or inner dimensions.
