Megha Bhardwaj: Me, Myself & I

Born and brought up in the Pink City – Jaipur, Rajasthan, Megha Bhardwaj was a gifted child with incredible musical talent yet unknown to the world when she was born on December 18th, 1990. Her Parents Mr. Dinesh Chandra Sharma, a Govt. Doctor and Mrs. Usha Gour, a homemaker, are a true symbol of strength and a prominent reason for her success hitherto. She received her Education from Various institutions in Jaipur, including Adarsh Vidyamandir (AVM) and Mother Memorial School. Her first step into the world of music academically began when she studied Fine arts Music at maharaja College in 2006. Afterwards, she completed her master’s in Music from Rajasthan University in 2009. Along with her exceptional musical brilliance, she excelled as a state-level hockey player during her academic years from 2003 to 2007. Unfortunately, due to a gruesome leg injury, this came to a halt.

The Precocious Kind: “All I do is Win”

Megha Bhardwaj is synonymous with accomplishment. The listicle of her victorious attainments seems to be never-ending. Her career saw the first early bloom of success at the age of 6 when she began reciting Poems in Aakash Vani. Subsequently, she would sing the national song of India, Vande Mataram, at Bharat Vikas Parishad at the age of 8 years. Later, she immersed herself in singing Bhajans and devotional songs when she was around 11 years old. During her teenage years, she took her first into the world of taking this as a professional career by singing Film songs and chorus. At the age of 18, she emerged as a professional singer in Indian Idol season 4 in 2008, where she proved her calibre as a top 10 finalist contestant. She has also been an eminent part of RSS and has participated in varied service-oriented platforms. Her brilliance has not been limited to the musical world. Her escapade tales are astounding. Having participated in formula one training in 2016 comes as a true shocker.

She believes Music to be her Destiny and Soul gratifying Purpose. After giving theuncountable number of covers in different genres, she is Unstoppable yet. She is a true hustler who believes that Music is life itself. She is on an expedition where every musical store, home, and the platform is accredited to her voice.
