The Florida Department of Citrus is an executive agency of the Florida government that oversees the marketing, research and regulation of the Florida citrus industry. Its mission is to maximise demand for Florida citrus products in order to ensure the sustainability and economic well-being of Florida citrus growers, the citrus industry and the state of Florida.

Spider is tasked with developing and running the social media strategy for Florida Grapefruit UK over the next year, with particular focus during the peak season of January to March. The aim is to promote Florida Grapefruit as the top grapefruit provider within the UK market due to its sweeter taste and thinner peel.
