Spider is delighted to once again welcome a long standing client, Brickendon, the transformational consultancy to its corporate fold.
After initially working with the consultancy for over 3 years to help raise brand awareness, challenge views of the ‘Big Four’ and influence key decision makers, Brickendon has once again challenged Spider’s corporate team to communicate the next stage of its growth and drive sale leads through targeted trade campaign.
Brickendon experienced strong growth in the Banking & Government sectors throughout the second half of 2020, due to an innovative focus across its three key areas of specialism: digital, data and automation with particular attention on DevOps and Agile methodologies. This success has been underpinned by its expertise in delivering complex change projects for highly regulated organisations and a continued expansion into international markets.
The first announcement from a series of strategic milestones in the pipeline, is the promotion of Bala Ethirajalu to Partner, Global Head of Delivery and Maureen McKinley to Senior Manager as both individuals played a critical part in the helping the business thrive. Also amongst the announcements, is a brand new senior hire, Will McDonald, who joins as Brickendon’s new Director of Financial Services, Strategy & Business Development. McDonald been tasked with aligning the expertise of Brickendon’s consulting workforce to client needs, fast tracking Brickendon’s growth in international markets and driving customer advocacy.
Spider will work with the consultancy over the next couple of months to once again activate a export positioning campaign that reaches the consultancy’s key target audience, whilst communicating its incredible growth trajectory and setting the wider industry agenda.
