Transafe Indonesia (www.TransafeIndonesia.id) announces another achievement. During the Corona Pandemy outbreak announced in Indonesia, Transafe Successfully conducts 132 safety online training classes from April to June. This training covers hundreds of participants with a satisfactory level of 99%.

This achievement announced on the Online General report meeting on Friday, June 19th, 2020. The meeting was attended by all Leaders, as well as high-rank personnel from Jakarta and Batam.

Mr. Budidharma, Transafe Indonesia Director said that this achievement is due to great cooperation from all personnel and departments. He points out that the key persons in this achievement are Mrs. Ryska Nababan, E-Learning and Administration Manager, Mrs. Sri Astuti, Country Marketing Manager, and Capt. Djemy Transafe, Training and Operation Manager. The business shifting process was not easy, but they handled them correctly.

It is mentioned that the last 1% Satisfactory level is due to non-compatible devices and insufficient broadband signal, especially for participants residing in remote areas. Mr. Budidharma encourages Transafe's IT Department to develop a new website to help these participants.

There are five types of online training conducted by Transafe:

1) Awareness Type Online Training
2) Completion Type Online Training
3) BNSP Certification Preparation Online Training
4) Kemnaker Certification Training (Limited)

In this meeting also announced that Transafe will increase training investment for safety training. This action is taken to improve the service to the participant. Transafe Dharma Persada Group will also increase service by introducing soft skill training by TransWISH Indonesia.

Indonesia also strictly established PSBB. Online training is expected to be an alternative to increase knowledge about HSE even if done remotely.
