(1) Installation and preparation of down-the-hole drill rig

1. After the cave is ready to be drilled, its specifications can be determined according to the drilling method. Generally, when drilling horizontal holes, the height of the cave is 2.6-2.8 meters, and in upward, downward, or inclined holes, the width, and height of the cave are 2.5 meters and 2.8-3 meters, respectively.

2. Gas and water pipes, lighting lines, etc. should be led near the working surface for use.

3. According to the design requirements of the hole, the bracket should be firmly fixed. The upper and lower ends of the support rods should be covered with wooden planks. The horizontal shaft and buckle are mounted on the pillar at a certain height and direction. The manual winch is used to lift the machine and fix it on the pillar according to the required angle, and then adjust the hole direction of the drilling machine.

(2) Check before the operation

1. When starting to work, please carefully check whether the air and water pipes are firmly connected and whether there is air or water leakage.

2. Check whether the oiler is full of oil.

3. Check whether the screws, nuts, connectors, etc. of each part have been tightened and whether the chromatographic column is firmly supported.

(3) Drilling procedure

When opening the hole, please start the motor first and pull the pusher of the robot after the normal transfer. Make it get proper propulsion, and then pull the handle that controls the impactor to the working position. After drilling the hole, you can open the water valve to keep the air-water mixture in an appropriate ratio. Perform regular rock drilling. When pushing the wire stripper to collide with the tool holder, a drill rod will be drilled out. It is necessary to stop the operation of the motor and supply air and water to the impactor, insert the fork into the drill pipe slot of the tool holder, reverse the motor, move the slide plate backward, and disconnect the joint pipe from the drill bit, and then connect the next drill pipe to Work continuously according to this cycle.
