Galvanising is a method of protective metal and its product from oxidation and corrosion. Galvanising is used to extend the life of the products by fighting off corrosion from saltwater, humidity, atmospheric conditions, and chemical components.

After the age of the business revolution, machinery and technology are chop-chop advancing. With each passing second, a man of science and engineers are coming up with new techniques and inventions that ultimately reduce human power and help in performing functions effectively and accurately. One such technique with Engineers have come up with is a replacement technique known as galvanic.

Galvanising is a method of protective metal and its product from oxidation and corrosion. Galvanising is used to extend the life of the products by fighting off corrosion from saltwater, humidity, atmospheric conditions, and chemical components. The basic element in the process is zinc which will protect the base metal from wearing or corrosion by getting oxidized. This process is being widely used to ensure a longer life for the product and is specifically demanded by the customers. The thickness of the zinc coat decides the time when the coat will oxidize completely and the base metal will start getting affected.

ZINGA was developed in Belgium in the 1970s and has since been used in a large variety of projects all over the world. ZINGA is a one-component zinc-rich coating or Film Galvanising System containing 96% zinc (dust) in its dry film. It is a metallic coating and not paint.

ZINGA can be used as a touch-up for structures that cannot be removed and were previously treated by hot dips, such as high-voltage masts, bridges, and traffic signposts. It is a unique form of corrosion protection because it provides both Active and Passive protection in a form that is as easy to apply like paint.

At last, we can conclude that the Galvanising process effectively provides long life to the product giving you the best value for your investment. The zinc metal is silvery and slightly blue-greyish in colour and is also healthy and recyclable too. In the process of galvanisation, less steel and raw materials are used. Galvanising makes bridges, buildings, roads, and everything else that uses the process in its construction lasts longer and helps to maintain steel structure stable. With the invention of this process, people are getting a valuable worth of their money.

Galvanization is so a BOON for metal industry.
