An important announcement from the Zuckerman Institute, a new partnership with the America-Israel Friendship League (AIFL) to host a series of webinars in collaboration with the Zuckerman STEM Leadership Program. These webinars explore the impact of science and technology on our daily lives.
American-Israel Friendship League, a non-partisan organization has built and strengthened mutual fellowship between the people of Israel and the United States.
Since March 2020, AIFL has been hosting weekly webinars on a variety of current topics with panelists from the United States and Israel. These webinars are held twice a week and attract an average of 8,000 viewers per session.
Mortimer Zuckerman, the founder of the Zuckerman Institute, is the honorary president of AIFL. AIFL’s current chairman is Zuckerman Institute trustee Mr. Eric J. Gertler. Another trustee of Zuckerman Institute, Mr. James S. Gertler is a member of the board of directors of the America-Israel Friendship League.
Zuckerman Faculty Scholars, who are an integral part of the Zuckerman STEM Leadership Program, will be introduced to the audience. These scholars are engaged in advanced collab with their US colleagues. They represent the essence of the program.
