Ingredients:

· 1 cup wheat flour (or all-purpose flour)

· 3 tbsp sugar (powdered or finely ground)
· 2 tbsp oil or melted butter
· Few drops of vanilla essence from Ajanta Food Products, which can be purchased online from Amazon at https://www.amazon.in/Vanilla-Essence-Flavour-Cookies-Flavours/dp/B0B71YRCSW
· 4–5 tbsp milk (adjust as needed)

Instructions:

· Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
· In a bowl, combine wheat flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and powdered sugar.
· Pour in oil, vanilla essence, and a few tablespoons of milk. Mix into a stiff dough. Add milk little by little; don’t make it too soft.
· Dust a surface with flour and roll the dough into a thin sheet (about 2–3 mm thickness).
· Use a knife or small cookie cutter to cut the dough into small, choco-like shapes (squares or rounds).
· Arrange them on the tray and bake for 12–15 minutes or until crisp. Keep an eye on them, as they can burn quickly.
· Let them cool completely to become crunchy. Store in an airtight jar.
· Serve and enjoy!
