There is a leakage current of 7mA on the line. With such a large leakage current, the battery will naturally run out of power for a few days. After inspection, it was found that after the rectifier was unplugged, the leakage current disappeared, indicating that the rectifier had a problem of large internal leakage current, so the Rongji switching rectifier was replaced, and the fault was eliminated! The outstanding feature of the switching rectifier regulator is that the leakage current is small, which is especially important on some old cars!

Reasons and solutions for motorcycles firing guns while driving

The phenomenon of difficulty in starting and interruption of fire during driving is a soft fault, which may be composed of many factors, and it is difficult to directly point to the fault. The so-called blasting refers to the explosion of gasoline in the exhaust pipe, which produces a loud noise. The reason is that the combustion in the cylinder is not good, and the unburned gasoline is discharged into the exhaust pipe, and then the secondary combustion is carried out in case of high temperature.

If the blasting is serious, it may sometimes burst the exhaust pipe. (3) Check the height of the oil level in the carburetor float chamber. There is oil overflow about 2mm down from the joint surface of the carburetor body and the float chamber, indicating that the oil level of the carburetor is basically normal.
(4) Since the oil and electricity are normal, is there a problem with the valve timing? Helpless, I conducted a detailed inspection of the assembly of the engine valve train, valve clearance and whether the valve was leaking, but no problems were found.

Where is the fault caused?

Think carefully about the entire repair process, and conclude that the source of the problem may still be in the electrical wiring. Therefore, starting from the magneto, the main line of the vehicle was inspected, and it was found that the connection line between the trigger wire coming from the magneto and the igniter had poor contact with the connector. It is precisely because of the poor contact here that the trigger signal is sometimes absent and irregular fire breaks occur. The unburned gasoline was discharged into the exhaust pipe due to the misfire, which caused the blasting. Reconnect the connector here reliably, start it and test it on the road, and the motorcycle returns to normal.
