coconut water

Lots of vitamins and minerals are found in coconut water. Taking this on an empty stomach in the morning makes the bones of the body very strong.


Walnut

Walnuts are rich in protein, fat, carbohydrates, vitamin E, B6, calcium, and mineral. Because of which it is helpful in keeping the body strong. If possible in winter, eat 4 to 5 walnuts every day. It will be beneficial for women in many ways.

Harsingar leaves

Harsingar leaves, flowers, and bark all three things are helpful in strengthening bones. Rich in medicinal properties, Harsingar leaves help to maintain knee grease. Boiling its leaves in water and drinking it twice a week cures the grease of the knees.


Mix equal quantity of fenugreek seeds, dry ginger, and turmeric, and roast them in a pan or frying pan. Take one teaspoon of powder daily with hot water after taking food twice a day.


Take one gram of fenugreek seeds mixed with one gram of fenugreek seeds every morning on an empty stomach with lukewarm water. Taking half a teaspoon after eating food in the afternoon and night will strengthen the joints and will not cause any pain.


You can also make oil from these things for massage. Cook 50 grams of garlic, 25 grams parsley, and 10 grams cloves in 200 grams mustard oil and burn them. When cooled, filter it in a glass bottle. Massage the knees or joints with this oil.


If possible, drink a mixture of lime rice mixed with milk. Because it contains calcium which is beneficial for the knees.
