Injections are used to increase the volume of the lips in a variety of ways. It's tough and time-consuming to remove injected liquid silicone from the face or other parts of the body. Aspiration or liposuction can be used to remove or diminish significant accumulations or pools of material. Suppose the liquid has migrated or scattered into tiny droplets or particles over a broad region or volume of the face.
