3. The lubricating oil of the gearbox is gear oil. Pay attention to keep the gear oil clean. There should be no mechanical impurities in the oil, otherwise the gear wear will be accelerated. When refueling, pay attention to the cleanliness of the refueling tool and the refueling port.
4. The gearbox should be cleaned and the gear oil should be replaced every 500 hours of operation of the concrete mixer. The cleaning method is as follows: after the concrete mixer finishes working, release the dirty oil while it is hot, then add an appropriate amount of clean diesel oil, the concrete mixer moves forward and backward several times, then releases the diesel oil, and then adds clean gear oil. Note that different specifications of gear oil should be used in different seasons, winter gear oil should be used in winter, and summer gear oil should be used in summer.
5. Regularly check the sealing and integrity of oil seals and liner cardboard everywhere, and replace them if necessary. When replacing, the thickness of the backing cardboard should be the same as the original thickness (0.5mm) to ensure the correct axial clearance.
