Los Angeles, CA., January 4, 2022 - For Immediate Release

Hollywood production companies, American Brightlight in association with EOS Entertainment, have begun filming “Loteria” in Mexico. Director Ali Atshani is helming this film that has American, Mexican, and Iranian cast and crew.

Edwin Avaness, Ali Atshani and Miguel Salinas are the producers. The script is based on a true story written by Mahmoud Reza Sani and Ali Atshani.

Staring Antonio Monroi which his acting roles includes Apocalypto directed by Mel Gibson, Blueberry by Jan Kounen, and Blow by Ted Demme.

Areliz Benel, and Borzou Arjmand are also starring in “Loteria” which is about a young Iranian man who’s plan is to cross over the boarder illegally from Mexico to the United States in pursuit of a better life.

“Loteria” is slated to be released in Fall of 2022.
