There is no better way to portray yourself, your department, company, or your product. The problem is, you know what you've painstakingly prepared isn't good - that's okay and you know it: when other people deliver the same kind of presentation, you think it sucks. However, even if you are not Steve Jobs during his famous keynotes, you can discover and apply through this workshop some of the best practices to make your presentations more effective, your slide designs more engaging and, therefore, your entire presentation more natural and in confidence. Choosing the Presentation skills training is important there.
Goals
Analyze your situation, your audience and structure all the stages of your presentation in a logical order to bring clarity and engage the audience in action
Understand the basics of design and graphic creation to avoid gross mistakes, and thus create convincing PowerPoint-like visual aids
Develop good habits during presentations and therefore develop confidence in order to be recognized as a good professional and a good communicator
For who
Anyone called upon to make and / or deliver presentations with or without a PowerPoint-type tool.
Program
During the 2 days of this workshop, you will discover an easy-to-access presentation structure model, as well as the best practices for the design of your slides and the presentation in front of an audience.
During this training, you will :-

• Apply the “Effpres” model of Effective Presentation to your own next presentation;
• Identify all the constraints related to the environment of your presentation and the importance of analyzing and understanding your audience;
• Understand how to use emotional stories and factual information to activate your audience;
• Discover ABCD to start any presentation and give you confidence in the first few minutes in front of an audience;
• Formulate with relevance and subtlety the link between the current situation and its impact on your solution;
• Use a different approach to wrap up your presentation so as to engage your audience in action and put an end once and for all to the pathetic classic “thank you, questions” ending;
See the best practices in the design and graphic creation of slides, inspired by recent trends;
Identify the right behaviors for presentation to an audience. By the end of this workshop, you will have developed a working habit to create effective presentations more quickly, engaging slides and to present them with more confidence.
