1. OUR WORK &OUTSTANDING PROJECTS

• CARABINEROS SUBCOMMISSION, PLAYA BLANCA, ANTOFAGASTA, CHILE.

Bortnik Yurisic Arquitectos was awarded the public tender for the replacement of the Carabineros Sub-police Station in Playa Blanca, Antofagasta, and has commissioned BuildBIM to develop the digital coordination of the project. The building has a total of 1,395 m2 built and includes public, security, administrative, habitability and mobilization and support areas. The general concept is developed based on 3 elements: lower stratum (base), upper stratum (habitable volume) and protective perimeter (exterior image). The project has a semi-sunken level of parking, and 3 habitable levels, including passive and active energy efficiency systems.

• EL NOGAL BUILDING, VITACURA, SANTIAGO, CHILE.

The El Nogal Building is owned by Inmobiliaria Inspira , who, through the Ducci Technical Inspection office, commissioned BuildBIM to develop the model for coordination and preparation of the project's geometric and regulatory interference report. The Building designed by Matías Silva & Arquitectos has 2 parking spaces and 7 floors.

• ÁLVAREZ BUILDING, VIÑA DEL MAR, VALPARAÍSO REGION, CHILE.


The project located in a highly complex topography was commissioned by the Ducci technical office to BuildBIM, for the development of the model for coordination and preparation of the report of geometric and normative interferences of the Álvarez Building, which has 211 apartments on 17 floors and 7 levels underground, level -5 houses the commercial premises. of architecture was developed by RSAI .

• BUILDING BROWN NORTE, ÑUÑOA, SANTIAGO, CHILE.

Ducci commissioned BuildBIM to develop the model for the coordination and preparation of the geometric and normative interference report for the Brown North Building, which has 52 apartments on 5 floors and 2 underground levels. The architecture project was developed by RSAI .
