Communication over the internet is encrypted using encryption protocol TLS1.2 which is the highest standard available to commercial organizations. This provides bidirectional encryption of all communications between their clients and the private clouds and guarantees that the contents of communications between the user and iinsight® cannot be read or intercepted by any third party.
They utilize real-time infrastructure monitoring and alerting to ensure system availability and data integrity. They regularly test the implemented controls by organizing vulnerability assessments and yearly arrange for an external party to run penetration audits. The audits allow us to continually improve their security controls and processes.
Client data is held locally within the client’s geography. They do this by having data centers worldwide and connecting their clients to local iinsight® platform.

Customer Data defined as all electronic data or information provided by Customer to BSI or retrieved by Customer from the Service. Their customers are solely responsible for all Customer Data.
