Janet Roth:
Janet is a Ukrainian-born actress and stand-up comedian who immigrated to the United States as a teenager. She received her first acting role when she was eight years old, in Goethe's Walpurgis Night, and it was there that she discovered her passion for performing. She began her acting instruction with Eric Morris and other well-known acting teachers when she initially went to the United States after completing her education. Janet's most recent film appearances include the comedy From the South to the Stars, in which she portrays a Southerner who goes to Los Angeles to become famous, and the thriller Waltz, in which she plays a competitive pianist with a borderline personality disorder.
Due to some unforeseen circumstances in her life later in her career, she discovered her talent for standup comedy. Even though she is from Ukraine, she has become well-known in the United States because of the sarcasm in her jokes.
