· Say No to Electronic Gadgets-
When you sleep at night, scrolling down your emails, check out new releases on Netflix seems relaxing or unwind. But actually, the blue light from your mobile or laptop screen sends signals to the brain, resulting in the production of a hormone Melatonin. This hormone regulates the brain function and is responsible for keeping you awake. Regular habits of using electronic devices before sleep can trouble you from gaining quiet sleep.

Change this routine to the traditional book reading. If working late at night, try to keep the brightness as low as possible.

· Adjust Room Temperature-
